How do I add or remove senders from my "Friends" list in the ePrism spam filter?
To add a sender to the "Friends" list:
- Access your new ePrism Personal Dashboard at: https://cccomm.email-protect.gosecure.net/console/ and login with your full CC Communications email address and password.
- Click on the "Policies" tab.
- If you do not see the options to add "Friends" or "Enemies", click on "Filter by Sender" and these will be displayed.
- In the section for adding "Friends" enter the full email address in
the box and click the green circle with the + symbol. To approve an
entire domain only enter everything from the @ symbol to the end (ex.
@cccomm.net or @phonewave.net) and click the green circle with the +
symbol
To remove a sender from the "Friends" list:
